All fursuits are handmade custom items. Minor handmade imperfections are normal and not treated as product defects.
Color differences may appear due to screen display variation. We will show fabric swatches for confirmation before production. - Order & Measurements
After deposit payment, we will confirm your character design and body measurements.
You are fully responsible for providing accurate measurement data. Poor fit caused by wrong measurements is not our liability. - Production Timeline
We will inform you of the estimated production time before order confirmation.
Delays may occur from material shortage or complex custom design. We will keep you updated during production. - Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in your country.
We are not liable for customs detention or seizure. - Intellectual Property
The character design provided by you belongs to you. You guarantee you own the copyright of the character and will not use copyrighted characters without authorization.
We reserve the right to use finished suit photos for our portfolio unless you send us a written request to opt out. - Dispute
Any dispute will be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
