Refund & Return Policy for Furself
All fursuits are custom handmade items made to your measurements and OC design. Custom commissions are different from ready-made goods, so return and refund options are limited.
Chargeback Notice
By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Chargebacks without valid proof will be reviewed, and unsubstantiated claims may restrict future orders.
Deposit & Cancellation
After deposit received and design sketch confirmed, we start pre-production work.
- Cancel before production begins: Partial deposit refund available, minus design & admin fees.
- Once production starts (foam/fur cut): Cancellation is not accepted. Buyer personal reasons do not qualify for returns or refunds. Refunds will only be considered for confirmed manufacturing defects from our side.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
We share finished photos/videos for your approval before shipping. All changes must be requested before dispatch.
After shipment, returns/refunds will not be granted due to personal dislike of color, style or fit.
Damaged Items
If the item arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please provide clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and offer repairs first. Refunds may only be approved if repair is not feasible.
