Lost or Missing Package
If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local courier first. We will help open an investigation within 30 days.

Processing & Production Time
Custom fursuit orders require handmade production time after your design confirmation. The exact lead time will be notified before payment.

Worldwide Shipping
We provide international shipping with tracked courier service. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send tracking number to your email.

Import Duties & Taxes
Buyer is responsible for all import customs duties, taxes and clearance fees required by your local country. We do not cover customs charges.

Delivery Delay
Shipping delays may be caused by customs inspection, weather or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
