Our standard production time is 6–10 weeks after receiving your deposit and all reference sheets.
Complex custom designs may take longer, we will confirm the timeline with you before starting production.
2. Can I customize my fursuit?
Yes! We support custom fursuit heads, partial suits and full fursuits.
You can send us your character reference sheet, choose fur colors, eye style, expression and other details.
3. What size should I choose?
We will send you a detailed measurement guide after you place the order.
All our fursuits are handmade according to your personal body measurements for a better fit.
4. What materials do you use?
We use high-quality faux fur, foam, elastic lining and safety plastic eyes.
Our materials are soft, durable and comfortable to wear.
5. How to clean and maintain my fursuit?
- Gently hand wash the fur part with cold water and mild detergent.
- Do not machine wash, bleach or high-temperature dry.
- Keep it in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout.
7. Can I cancel or refund my order?
Once production has started, we cannot offer a full refund.
